Tim focuses on real estate law and commercial transactions. His real estate practice is devoted primarily to the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of all product types of commercial real estate. Tim's commercial transaction work centers on the formation of commercial entities, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of business enterprises. He not only handles all aspects of preparing various contracts and agreements, but also represents clients in their ongoing business activities. During down cycles in the economy, he is able to assisted borrowers in various loan workouts, corporate restructuring and seller finance arrangements. Tim places high priority on communicating with clarity, striving to understand clients' perspectives and providing a level of legal expertise that exceeds expectations.

Tim is a native Houstonian, the charter president of the Kiwanis Houston Sunrise Club and a past lieutenant governor for the Kiwanis clubs in the greater Houston metropolitan area.
